The hotel is the top choice in Aberdeen. It's a suitable place for a 4-night stay in Aberdeen.- The room was quiet with climate control and adequate storage.- The staff was nice and courteous.- The breakfast was very good with plenty of food.

I stayed here for a night. The bath tub did not have a telephone which was really inconvenient. The room was spacious and clean. However the breakfast was very poor.
The room.
The shower and breakfast.

Thanks very much for the very very good stay, nothing to complain about. It's a lovely relaxing and gorgeous place for a long weekend.- It boasts a handy location; close to highlands and islands, centre of town, and shops and restaurants.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a great stay during our visit. We had reasonably priced room with a queen size bed. Heated towel rails and free toiletries were available there. We did not want to leave and would love to return.

Hotel location made easy to get into and out the city of with a car to surrounding countryside which is what we really wanted it for. The breakfast and bar facilities were good, but as usual with big chain hotels, the wine list and spirit list was very limited and some things listed were not available. The staff couldn't have been more obliging or helpful. The room was very comfortable but the wi-fi was very unreliable and required numerous re-logins. All the stay needed was sunny weather! We've seen Aberdeen and the surrounds now so the Hilton did exactly what we wanted.
It's on the edge of a not so nice area at night. The entry and exit from the car parking was difficult - codes didn't work and you really needed two people to work the gates.

Personnel was very helpful and polite, our room was spacious, clean and cosy and the hotel is located right in the centre of Aberdeen. The breakfast is excellent including everything from waffles to fish and to black pudding.
According to Booked.net, the check-in is at 14 pm which is not true, it's at 15 pm.

Clean, modern rooms and we had interconnecting rooms next to our two children which was perfect and much appreciated.
Nothing really. They initially said only one type of drink was allowed as the free drink in the kids menu when the menu clearly indicated otherwise but corrected themselves when they deleivered the meal without me having to ask. Also the printer wasn't working when I checked out but they said they would send the bill on and there was no problem - these things happen.

The location of the hotel was great, being in the city centre and close to amenities. It was convenient to have a selection of eateries and convenience stores nearby, and there was also a shopping centre just a minute's walk away. the staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist when needed.
the room was quite small, making it difficult to move around. the breakfast experience was not enjoyable as we were told to sit anywhere, only to be asked to move afterwards.

Cleanliness of hotel, room decor, large comfortable bed, very good breakfast
Sirloin steak in restaurant was disappointing. No interest shown by waiters as to whether I enjoyed the evening meal (it was expensive). No-where in bathroom to hang wet towels/clothes.
